Mindfulness – This allows clients to develop skills to manage stress, enhance focus, improve relationships, cope with difficult emotions, and foster overall well-being. This is achieved through practices like mediation, self-awareness and improving emotional regulation. Through personalized support and guidance, mindfulness is integrated into their daily lives in a way that aligns with their individual circumstances and objectives. Clients gain insights into their thoughts and behaviors, leading to greater self-understanding and well-being. Ultimately, mindfulness coaching empowers individuals to live more consciously, authentically, and joyfully, fostering a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.

Accountability – Helping individuals to set and achieve goals effectively. I provide support, guidance, and encouragement. Throughout the goal-setting and implementation process I work closely with clients to identify specific objectives, develop action plans, and establish realistic timelines. Clients are accountable for taking consistent steps towards their goals, by means of offering motivation, feedback, and problem-solving as needed. Through regular check-ins, progress assessments, and personalized strategies, clients are empowered to overcome challenges, stay focused, and ultimately succeed in reaching their desired outcomes.

Mind/body pain awareness and management – Bridging the gap between physical pain and its origins to achieve healing from psychosomatic ailments. This is achieved through focusing on the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit. There is a profound influence of thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behaviours on physical health and vice versa. This is achieved through connecting with clients whilst creating a safe space to release emotions and to be able to reframe their perspective to see themselves in a different way. A wide variety of issues are addressed including stress, chronic pain, emotional imbalances, and illness.

Shadow work – On average, people spend 95% of their day in subconscious patterns. By guiding individuals through the exploration and integration of their unconscious aspects, known as the “shadow”, they are facilitated in a safe environment to confront repressed emotions, desires, and traits by use of therapeutic techniques. By addressing limiting beliefs and unresolved traumas, shadow work fosters inner transformation and empowerment. Ultimately, shadow work empowers individuals to live more fulfilling and purposeful lives, liberated from past constraints.
